Изготовлена уникальная 2D-структура такого ДОЭ для случая М-последовательности с длиной кода 15. Получено подавления спеклов более чем в 11, 6 и 4 раза для зеленого, фиолетового и красного излучения лазеров соответственно. Проведенное численное моделирование показало, что дисперсия фоторезиста, из которого выполнена структура ДОЭ, приводит к значительному ослаблению эффективности метода на границе видимого диапазона и применение материала с аномальной дисперсией может существенно улучшить параметры подавления спеклов на границах видимого диапазона длин волн. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The method based on suppressing speckle noise by a rotating quasi-spiral 2D diffractive optical element (DEO) created using binary pseudo-random sequences is presented. The unique DOE structure for the case of M-sequence code15 inlength was fabricated. Speckle suppression for green, purple, and red lasers by a factor more than 11.6 and 4, respectively, was obtained. Numerical simulations have shown that strong dispersion of photoresist (DOE structure medium) results in a significant decrease of the efficiency of the method on the borders of the visible range of electromagnetic radiation, and the use of material with anomalous dispersion can significantly improve the parameters of suppression of speckles on the borders of the visible range of wavelengths.</p></trans-abstract></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Trisnadi J.
